We are able to assess a company's operations starting at the highest level, referred to as business processes, through to the mid level, referred to as work processes and including the lowest level referred to as job instructions. Sometimes solutions are reached using common sense and are easy to implement, it only requires someone from outside with a fresh and open mind to 'see' them. The founder started out his career in Operations. He specialized in the Technical field first, and later took managerial positions in technical and operational departments. He maintained this until he reached a senior position at a leading, international, high tech company with its headquarters based in Europe. He has worked across the globe, in first world and third world countries, so he has a well developed appreciation for diverse cultures.
